Payment Considerations

Payments by the following preferred methods are accepted with no surcharge (Visa, MasterCard or Certified Bank Checks). All prices are in U.S. dollars and will be billed in U.S. dollars according to credit card companies’ policies, and The Gunman of Arkansas. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by fax or e-mail, or electronic order.

We regret that we are unable to sell some products to certain countries because of restrictions placed by United States law. For information on restricted products consult the State Department of the United States.

Note: The Gunman of Arkansas makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to export any products from the United States into any country outside of the United States. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of products. By placing an order, buyer authorizes The Gunman of Arkansas act on buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order to buyer. If, between the date of order and date of arrival, the laws of your country change so as to make it illegal to receive the shipment, you can return the order for a refund, a charge of 20% to re-stock will be charged.

Non-U.S. residents are responsible for determining whether they may lawfully import products into their country. The Gunman of Arkansas makes no representation relative to buyer’s rights to import products into buyer’s country. Each country may have its own rules about the importation of products and buyer should check with the appropriate agency in buyer’s country. Please be aware of the shipping cost associated with international orders. Keep in mind that all duties, taxes, and tariffs in your country are not included in our quoted shipping rates. You are responsible to determine your customs charges and they will be due upon delivery.

Customer assumes the cost of shipping returned products back to The Gunman of Arkansas, and a re-stocking fee will apply to all product returns.

All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which helps credit you promptly for any product you return. Credit will be issued for returned products once The Gunman of Arkansas has received and verified the order number, purchase date and customer’s return address. If a credit card was used to purchase the product, that credit card will receive a credit from The Gunman of Arkansas after receipt of the product.

Personal Information Policy

The Gunman of Arkansas Personal Information Policy provides that the Gunman does not rent or sell its customers’ names or their e-mail addresses. The Gunman maintains strict security over all customer information and does not sell, share or trade this information with outside companies. If you need to change personal information previously disclosed, we encourage you to contact us to update and edit your personal information and keep it current. If you wish to remove your personal information, we will do so at your request. International Backorder Policy

If you order an out-of-stock product from thegunman, the gunman will e-mail you when we expect that product(s) to be available.

International Tariffs & Taxes

Any product that Gunman of Arkansas ships internationally may be subject to local tariffs and taxes above the cost of the product. For specific information about these costs you should contact your local customs office or any international shipping company. Please note that at the time of delivery of your order, you will be responsible for customs fees which will be determined by the shipper and local customs officers. By ordering a product for export from The Gunman of Arkansas you assume the responsibility of paying international tariffs & taxes as determined by local customs authorities. Refusal to honor this obligation will result in non-delivery of the order and in the additional charges resulting from shipping the order back to the United States.

International Shipping

Shipping Methods

The Gunman of Arkansas ships product internationally for delivery in approximately 5 to 10 business days plus processing. Additional time for local customs clearance may be required. We’re sorry, but international orders cannot be shipped via U.S. Mail. Delivery time depends on product availability.

Back Orders and Partial Orders

As a general policy, we hold international orders until everything ordered is in stock. However, if we asses that an item is out of stock or if the waiting time to have the item in stock is more than 30 days, we will ship a partial order. You will be notified if your order includes backordered items. Customers may request the shipment of a partial order by sending an e-mail to Customer Service <>. Please be reminded that the shipment of a partial order may result in additional shipping charges.

Shipping Cost

We will choose the most appropriate and economical service for the given destination. Overseas shipping costs begin at $25.50 flat fee with an addition of $4.50 per pound and go up depending on weight and volume.
